1. Entire tank adopts SUS304# stainless steel high accuracy integrated forming, ensure it will not rust and water-tight after long time use,
adjust the test pressure according to the high precision pressure regulating valve.
Pressure regulating valve with pressure stabilizing function, it can keep stable test pressure all the time after the pressure has been adjusted.
2.The pot cover is rotated and lifted by the screw thread, it can rotate and move away from the hole after lifting. (when pressure is greater than 50m depth test, must use special flange lock to lock cover)
3.The whole tank surface blasting treatment, smooth and beautiful.

This test equipment is designed and manufactured as per IEC 60529 2013 clause 14.2.8.
Test for second characteristic numeral 8: continuous immersion subject to agreement.
Unless there is a relevant product standard, the test conditions are subject to agreement between
manufacturer and user, but they shall be more severe than those prescribed in 14.2.7 and they shall
take account of the condition that the enclosure will be continuously immersed in actual use.
The test equipment is suitable for IP code degree testing of electrical & electronic products, auto parts,
luminaires and etc.

IPX1 Protected against falling water Equivalent to 3-5mm rainfall per minute for a duration of 10 minutes.
Unit is placed in its normal operating position.
IPX2 Protected against falling water when tilted up to 15 degrees – Same as IPX1 but unit is tested in 4 fixed positions – tilted 15 degrees in each direction from normal operating position.
IPX3 Protected against spraying water – Water spraying up to 60 degrees from vertical at 10 liters/min at a pressure of 80-100kN/m2 for 5 min.
IPX4 Protected against splashing water – Same as IPX3 but water is sprayed at all angles.
IPX5 Protected against water jets – Water projected at all angles through a 6.3mm nozzle at a flow rate of 12.5 liters/min at a pressure of 30kN/m2 for 3 minutes from a distance of 3 meters.
IPX6 Protected against heavy seas – Water projected at all angles through a 12.5mm nozzle at a flow rate of 100 liters/min at a pressure of 100kN/m2 for 3 minutes from a distance of 3 meters.
IPX7 Protected against water immersion – Immersion for 30 minutes at a depth of 1 meter.
IPX8 Protected against water submersion – The equipment is suitable for continual submersion in water under conditions which are identified by the manufacturer.
